October 22 - November 2, 2012. Areas affected: Greater Antilles, Bahamas, most of the eastern United States (especially the coastal Mid-Atlantic States), Bermuda, eastern Canada. Category 1 storm that first made landfall in New Jersey. With high tide and a full moon, it subsequently moved through and flooded metropolitan New York City and large parts of Long Island and coastal Connecticut.
