Students will learn and apply command and coordination concepts that support the management of expanding incidents as well as describe the incident management processes as prescribed by ICS and NIMS.
Students will also learn and apply effective and efficient domestic incident management techniques to utilize when faced with an incident under their authority.
ICS-100-level and ICS-200-level training. Preferred courses are Q0462 and Q0463, available through NFA Online. Chief’s signature attests that the applicant has completed this required training.
