This online mediated course focuses on developing insights for building a strategic focus based on risk management practices, including the gathering and analysis of data for use in organizational vulnerability and risk assessment.

The processes presented and the data collected serve to support the Executive Fire Officer (EFO) student in preparing for strategic executive-level decisions and modeling. This course also provides prerequisite cognitive and affective insights needed for the second EFO Program residential course, Exercise of Executive Leadership: Organization (R5202).
