"Applications in the Exercise of Leadership: Capstone II," the final residential experience in the EFO Program, requires the student to demonstrate quantifiable action as a catalyst for change while exemplifying the exercise of executive leadership for self, organization and community.
This experience includes a presentation of the capstone paper to mirror a real-life event, such as a town hall or council meeting, where the student attempts to convince the audience of the change they wish to enact.
This essential and dynamic experience is designed to provide the executive officer with peer feedback and expert assessment that uniquely informs each student's professional and personal insight.
