This course is the third Executive Fire Officer (EFO) Program residential experience. It uses a community perspective to explore the exercise of executive leadership for inclusive community success.

A facilitated dialogue approach is used to teach programmatic concepts to fire and emergency medical services executives that can help communities to develop, grow and sustain success. A central focus of this experience is the active engagement of the EFO and their organization in the greater community and profession by addressing emergent, nonemergent, proactive and risk-reduction-oriented issues.
