This 6-day course is designed to provide training officers with the essential tools and skills to lead and manage the training function in fire/EMS organizations. It is not designed to enhance presentation skills.
The target audience is people who have management and supervisory responsibility for the organization's training function which typically includes:
Responsibilities for obtaining and managing personnel.
Fiscal and facility management.
Development and maintenance of training schedules.
