Battalion Chief

Battalion Chief Chester completed a work shift at 080hrs on May 18, 2017. At approximately 2100hrs that day he suffered a medical emergency after complaining to others earlier in the day that he did not feel well. EMS care, including CPR, was provided but he did not survive. His death was caused by a dissecting aortic aneurysm.
