Fire Chief

Chief Hadaller responded to two emergency medical incidents on the morning of June 27, 2011. The second incident concluded at approximately 0904hrs. Chief Hadaller spent the rest of the day completing vehicle inspection, maintenance, administrative, station, and physical fitness duties. He went home on stand-by at 2000hrs. At 2211hrs, emergency medical assistance was sent to Chief Hadaller's home for a report of someone having a seizure. Chief Hadaller was found unconscious on the floor. He was treated and transported to the hospital but was pronounced dead at 2350hrs. The cause of death was cardiac-related. Incident Location: 112 Laurel ST, Mossyrock, WA (USNG: 10T ES 3952 5322)
