Bruce Lamar Sensenig

While operating his privately owned vehicle enroute to the station in response to a MVA call, Firefighter Sensenig lost control of his car and crossed the center line sideways into the oncoming lane of travel where the passenger side of his car was struck broadside by an oncoming minivan. Sensenig was killed at the scene in the crash and the reported 70 year old operator of the van was injured and transported to the hospital. While still under investigation, wet weather and road conditions were cited by authorities as possible contributing factors in the incident.
