The name of the product and item number are sewn in the neck and pant. The items were sold in sizes 4 to 14. Sold at: Kohl's Department Stores nationwide from September 2008 through October 2008 for about $30. Manufactured in: Cambodia
Problem This sleepwear fails to meet the federal children's sleepwear flammability standard, and poses a risk of burn injury to children.
